Yay, this week was definitely better! I lost 2.8 lbs. I also tried out this awesome new salad recipe that my friend Annie shared with me. It's only 3 pts and is a nice addition to my current meal schedule. (The bread on the side is not included in the points. Sorry. :( ) It's just a regular salad, but it's got crab meat in it, which is awesome!
