My Adventures in Weight Loss @ Weight Watchers Week 6

So this week was reletively easy.  There have been a few times in the past few weeks I've found myself hungry and used some of my weekly points.  This week however I actually found myself not eating as much. Don't get me wrong I still ate! But I've had some of the Weight Watchers Smart Ones Ice Creams in my fridge and I didn't even eat them. I wasn't even interested in them.  It was really cool. I mean I know I could have eaten them if I wanted but I just didn't have the urge.

I've started to really enjoy the people at the meetings.  There are some women who I've stopped and talked to in the mornings and they have been super encouraging and friendly.  I still sit in the back corner, but I am now doing it more out of habit than anything else.

I also picked up an official Weight Watchers scale!  It makes it really easy to measure out my portions, plus it tells me how many points my food is worth.

Isn't it cute?

I only lost .4 lbs again this week. But after the weight I lost last week I wasn't as discouraged.  I know it's not like I'm stopping losing weight completely.  Plus, since it is only .1 part of a pound below what Weight Watchers thinks is acceptable to lose in a week, I feel comfortable.  To add to that I also reached my 5% goal this week.  That made it very cool too.

  1. Congrats on your weight loss and even though you only lost 4 pounds it's still motivation to keep going.

    1. Thank you! I know it's not a lot so far. But definitely seeing the weight got down instead of up was a great feeling.

    1. I love carrots...to an extent. The good thing is I've been keeping cut up veggies for snacks. Since their not chips or cookies if I eat a handful it's guilt free. Plus 9 times out of 10 I realize that I'm eating out of boredom, not real hunger and because the veggies aren't chips I actually think about what's going into my mouth and I stop eating.
